Responsibilities:
- To perform/implement sales promotion, sales strategics and provide food solutions to customers.
- Look for customers who need to create sales opportunities & develop the account.
- To develop and build trade markets and potential HORECA customers within assigned territory.
- Forecasting the business, monitoring sales in the market to ensure target and objectives are met.
- Ensure route to market & territory management optimization.
- Development of strong customer relationships.
- Good follow up skill in both sales service and payment term collection agreed with the company term.
- Work closely with the cross- functional team.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Over deliver and achieve a high performance level.
- Great understanding and application of customer service knowledge.
- Candidates with working experience in food service / FMCG market would be an advantage.
- Willing to travel.
Qualification:
Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U
